Return Policy

Purchases may be returned within 10 business days of delivery subject to the following:

1. Accessories may not be returned unless non-working or damaged.
2. Product must be returned in its original packaging in its original condition.
3. Applicable manuals, paper work, parts and equipment accessories must accompany the return.
4. A restocking charge of 20% applies to all returns.
5. Original delivery, assembly, freight and shipping charges are not refundable.
6. Returned items will be refunded after inspection upon our receipt of product.
7. Original purchase price, less restocking fee, less applicable pickup fee, plus applicable sales tax, will be applied to the return amount to be paid in the form of a check – please allow 3-5 business days.
8. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
9. Gift card certificates and special order items (such as custom paint, upholstery, etc.) are not refundable.
10. Our delivery teams begin preparing your order for delivery 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. Confirmed deliveries canceled by customer within 72 hours of a scheduled delivery date are subject to a reschedule delivery date fee of $250. Payment will be required prior to rescheduling a new delivery date.
