Delivery & Installation Policy
- After a sale has been invoiced and payment received, customer will be required to fill out a delivery survey for location access information.
- An authorized point of contact must be at the site of the delivery at the scheduled time to accept delivery, instruct placement and sign off on paperwork.
- Confirmed deliveries canceled by customer within 72 hours of a scheduled delivery date are subject to a reschedule delivery date fee of $250.
- Customer is liable for taking accurate measurements of hallways, doors, entries, stairs and other access points and required to be disclosed in the delivery survey.
- In the event that inaccurate survey information leads to a failure to deliver, customer is subject to additional re-delivery and pickup/extraction fees starting at $250.
- If there is a fault in the equipment based on manufacturer error, the product can be returned and a credit equal to the purchase price be applied towards another product.
- In circumstance of manufacturer error and request for refund, the restocking fee difference will be received as a rebate 30 days after the return date.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING THE DELIVERY SITE SAFE AND CLEAR OF SNOW AND ICE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE DELIVERY. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING WILL RESULT IN DELAYMENT OF DELIVERY AND SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL FEES.
Free Delivery Policy
Gym Tech occasionally offers free delivery and installation on select equipment and in select locations.
Free Delivery covers ground floor access.
Additional fees may apply for stairs.
Return Policy
- Accessories may not be returned unless non-working or damaged.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging in its original condition.
- Applicable manuals, paper work, parts and equipment accessories must accompany the return.
- A restocking charge of 20% applies to all returns.
- Original delivery, assembly, freight and shipping charges are not refundable.
- Returned items will be refunded after inspection upon our receipt of product.
- Original purchase price, less restocking fee, less applicable pickup fee, plus applicable sales tax, will be applied to the return amount to be paid in the form of a check – please allow 3-5 business days.
- If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
- Gift card certificates and special order items (such as custom paint, upholstery, etc.) are not refundable.
- Our delivery teams begin preparing your order for delivery 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. Confirmed deliveries canceled by customer within 72 hours of a scheduled delivery date are subject to a reschedule delivery date fee of $250. Payment will be required prior to rescheduling a new delivery date.
